Welcome to Mostro Tattoo Singapore — a professional, hygiene-first tattoo studio offering custom designs, fine line tattoos, black & grey, and more. Below are answers to the most common questions clients in Singapore ask before booking.
Easy — send us your idea via our booking form, WhatsApp, or Instagram DM. Include references, size in cm, and placement. We’ll confirm the artist, quote, and available dates. For larger projects, we’ll set up a consultation first.
Yes for custom pieces, sleeves, cover-ups, or first-timers who want guidance. We’ll refine your concept, discuss style (fine line, dark art, traditional, realism etc.), placement, and budget.
Walk-ins are welcome for small tattoos, subject to artist availability. To avoid disappointment, book ahead.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your slot and goes toward the final price. Reschedules require at least 48 hours’ notice.
Pricing depends on size, detail, placement, and artist. Small, simple pieces typically start around SGD $100–$200; larger or complex work is quoted individually or hourly.
Both. Flash or small pieces are often fixed-price; large/complex projects use an hourly rate. We’ll confirm during quoting.
Cash, PayNow/PayLah (no additional fees).
Absolutely. We use single-use needles, professional-grade inks, barrier protection, and hospital-level sterilization. Workstations are disinfected before and after each session.
Our studio policy is 18+ with valid ID. If you’re under 18, please wait until your 18th birthday.
One companion is fine for moral support, space permitting.
Fine line, micro-realism, black & grey, color realism, script, and minimalist designs.
Yes. Bring clear photos in good lighting. Some designs may require darker tones or larger coverage to properly mask the old piece.
Pain is personal, but most clients describe it as scratchy or hot. Areas with thinner skin (ribs, ankles) feel spicier; fleshy areas (upper arm, thigh) are gentler.
We generally don’t recommend it because it can affect skin texture. If you plan to use it, discuss with your artist first and follow their instructions.
Sleep well, eat a full meal, hydrate, and avoid alcohol/recreational drugs for 24 hours. Wear comfy clothing that exposes the area easily and bring a snack for longer sessions.
We’ll give you written aftercare. In general: keep the dressing on as advised, wash gently with unscented soap, pat dry, apply a thin layer of approved balm, and avoid soaking, saunas, and swimming until healed.
Surface healing is usually 2–3 weeks; full skin recovery can take 4–6 weeks. Expect light flaking/itching — don’t pick!
Wait until the skin is fully closed (typically 2–3 weeks) before heavy workouts or swimming. Avoid direct sun and always use SPF after healing to preserve color.
Yes — complimentary touch-ups within our policy window (ask your artist for details). Touch-ups due to sun damage, improper aftercare, or placement friction may be chargeable.
We’re centrally located and easy to reach by MRT/bus. See our Contact & Directions page for the exact address, map, and parking tips.
Typically 12:00–20:00, with late sessions by appointment. Check our latest hours on the Contact page or Google Business Profile.
